I'm Sheri DeCoste, founder of Total Success Coaching. A native of Wisconsin and a former resident of several parts of the United States, I currently live in the Denver area. When I'm not working, I like to dance, hike, golf, and play with math and logic puzzles. Prior to founding Total Success Coaching, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. (Yes, I can hear the collective "HUH?") That degree provided me the opportunity to work for a Fortune 100 company as a technical sales engineer. As I was working in technical sales, I decided to take on a little side business of my own with a network marketing company. That experience was the first true personal growth program of my life. It also led me to the knowledge that my true desire is to help others grow personally and professionally. So, to equip myself with tools to be a fantastic coach, I graduated from Coach U, went through the Journey Practitioner Program, and became a Certified Conscious Coach through the Visionary Leadership Program. In 2003, I started Total Success Coaching with only fear and the knowledge that being a coach was my true purpose. Within a month, I got my very first client and have never looked back. My greatest intention as a coach, is to cut through the superficial facade of what a client says is happening and dig deep for the Truth. There are often subconscious drivers, such as past circumstances and belief systems that get in the way of one's success..once these are identified, I've got an entire toolbox available to clear away those drivers and open the doors to even larger dreams. Although it takes a lot of courage at times, I find that this commitment to getting at the core is the only real way to achieve happiness and fulfillment in business and life. At least it has been for me. I am currently living (and loving!) a business that I never could have dreamed possible back in 2003. May
